Give Thanks- October challenge

The EtsyPaper team has a few members that are in the military, have been in the military, or are married to a soldier. With the holidays right around the corner, we're making cards for some recently deployed Marines...sending them our thanks, thoughts, and well wishes!

Details for the challenge :

* Make a "thank you" card for our recently deployed Marines
* Themes can be American/Americana or Fall/Autumn, Thanksgiving

Here is the card I created for the challenge:

Making more than one card was optional. I had enough coordinating papers left over from the first card to make another one...so I made a second card, this time basing it off a sketch. This is the first time I have done this-using a sketch-which wasn't too difficult to do...it was just the counting of the number of pattern paper designs to make sure I could do it, lol.

I'm pleased with how the cards turned out. I used darker colors fitting for Fall and Thanksgiving, but I'm even more happy knowing that they'll be going to some special people!
